REFUND POLICY

At AIUNT, every garment is crafted on a made-to-order basis.
We do not offer refunds once production has begun.

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION

* You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—before production has started—by contacting us at work.aiunt@gmail.com or +91 9119590399.
* After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be processed as the garment moves into production.

ALTERATIONS & ASSISTANCE

If you experience any sizing or fit issues upon receiving your order:
* We offer one complimentary round of alterations, including return shipping.
* Alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
* Any additional alterations thereafter may be chargeable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or entirely different from what was ordered:
* Please notify us immediately at work.aiunt@gmail.com or +91 9119590399 within 2 days of delivery.
* To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share supporting photos or videos of the item or packaging.
* AIUNT reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies as damaged or incorrect.
* Minor variations in stitching, colour, or surface texture are natural to handcrafted production and will not be considered defects.
* Only products that are significantly damaged or defective will qualify for resolution.
* Once verified, the amount spent will be issued as AIUNT Credit, redeemable against any future purchase.
