No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.

We strive to display our garments as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and resolutions. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

By using our website or communicating with us electronically (via email or otherwise), you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

All such communications shall be deemed as official and adequate service of notice.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production has not begun.

To cancel your order, please contact us at work.aiunt@gmail.com.

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as garments move into production. Once production begins, the order amount is non-refundable.

AIUNT reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests at its discretion.

All product prices displayed on www.aiunt.in are final and inclusive of all applicable charges.

At this time, AIUNT is not registered under GST, and therefore GST is not applicable on purchases made through the website.

AIUNT garments are made to order, and as such, we do not offer refunds once production begins.

However, we may provide an exchange or credit in the following cases:

All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery by emailing work.aiunt@gmail.com.

Returned garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

AIUNT is not responsible for any damages that occur during return transit.

In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed or the product received is entirely different from what was ordered, the amount spent will be issued as AIUNT Toll Credit, which can be redeemed against any future purchase.

AIUNT reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, production issues, or payment discrepancies.

In such cases, customers will be notified and provided with a full refund of the same value.

These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
